My boss/good friend is heading to Orlando as we speak. I was wondering if I call the resort and tell them its also her birthday today. Would they do anything special for her???

Maybe give her a birthday button. Disney seems to have scaled way back on the birthday "surprises." You can call Disney Florist and have something delivered if you would like.
