All the descriptions I am seeing are double beds...is that true? It is one of the few resorts that has what we are looking for with handicap accessibility but double beds won't work for us. Any help is appreciated.

We stayed in the tower in 2010, and we had two queen sized beds.

Definitely queen beds. Although I can't say for sure that that the handicap accessible rooms have queens. It is possible those rooms have doubles to create more floor space for a wheelchair or scooter.

It's been about 10 years at this point, but we had queen beds in the tower facing MK

According to the Disney site all wheelchair accessible rooms at the CR have 2 double beds and 1 daybed. My only thought is the roll in shower takes up some space and shortens the room.

Probably accurate. I got a HA room at the WL and the bathroom was HUGE but there was much less floor space in the bedroom. It had a king bed though.
