How bad is it right now?
Any room areas to avoid or request to have the least impact?

It is not bad at all right now. All the work is limited to the location that used to be cabana 9b.

Hmmmm I was planning to request 9A as it seems nicely located between the mEl Centro and Dig Site...

The half of 9a closest to the construction is not in use so you should be fine.
