I am planning a trip to Disney this summer and in the past we always stayed at Pop, but I came across a deal through Double Tree which may be too good to pass up with the money I will save even adding the parking expense.
1. How often does the buses pass at the hotel to go to the parks? Is there a bus stop at each park or does it just go the TTC? How does the Downtown Disney buses transportation compare to the bus transportation at Pop?
2. Is the Double Tree included in the Extra Magic Hours? What perks are not included when staying at the Double Tree vs staying at Pop?
3. Does the Double Tree charge a resort fee upon arrival?
4. What are the other pros and cons in staying at the Double Tree vs staying at Pop?

I don't believe you have access to Extra Magic Hours if you stay at the Double Tree. According to the website, self parking is $15 per day. I didn't see any other fees, though it doesn't mean there aren't any.
