We have ressies for mid November at CBR and have paid for a preferred location. I don't think the preferred location will have the new refurbished rooms by then. Does anyone know if we can call and request to be put in a refurbished room say in the Jamaica section. I don't care about losing the extra money for a preferred location, I just would like to have the queen size beds as we will have 4 adults and an infant in the room.:mickey::mickey:

I hope you can get them. I stayed there in Feb and my pirate ship bed had a mat instead of a real mattress. But I guess that is part of the theme, it was like sleeping on a plank.

We just stayed in a Pirate room last week, and we definitely had real mattresses. :confused:
I requested Jamaica and top floor, and got 'upgraded' to a Pirate room, presumably because Jamaica is undergoing refurb (which I didn't know). But we did get top floor.
