If my Magic Band is the primary on the account, can I put a set amount limit on the others?

Yes, you can give each MB a spending limit (either daily or overall), and they can each set their own pin, if they want.

Be careful though. A friend and I shared a room. We each had a credit card on our MB and different pins. When we got the receipt at checkout, both of our purchases were charged to her card! What a mess that was.
