I made plans to take my son back to Disney this summer, but he doesn’t want to go. My daughter does. I’ve tried several times online to change who’s coming, but the web page just times out but never completes the change. Any suggestions? Do I need to cancel push reservations first? Could that be holding up the system??

I wonder if you have park tickets, and technically the system may see them as "non-transferable", or maybe park reservations are mucking it up?
