Will all construction be done at the Polynesian Resort by December? I was going to go in October before changing to December and know the pool was going to be under construction at that time. I can't find any information on it.
Not sure if all of it will be done but it looked great a week ago. They had gotten a lt done since December. lobby, beach, main pool and walkways around main pool are done.

Almost all of the remodelling has been completed including the main (lava) pool, Great Ceremonial House, the bungalows and some DVC buildings. The remaining DVCs are all internal work and it's reported they will open early June. That leaves the east (quiet) pool that they are working on. That should have minimal impact on most guests though people staying I n rooms facing it will notice it. But the resort is not a construction zone and from all reports is again a great place to stay.

According to Tikiman this is part of an email that went out to guests
The Polynesian East Pool will be closed for enhancement from mid-April 2015 through early 2016. During this time, you will observe construction taking place and certain pathways and buildings may be unavailable. Noise may be overheard while this work is being completed, but please rest assured that construction will not begin until after 9:00am.

Yep, I got the email myself. I've been through at least 4 pool rehabs over the years and when they are the only things being done (like this is) they have been minimally disruptive and no reason to stay away.
