We are staying at Saratoga Springs for the first 3 nights of our trip due to a DVC friend... However, we are going to stay an extra night at Art of Animation. What is the best way to transport ourselves from Saratoga to Art of Animation on our check out day. We were thinking of just taking an Uber or Taxi over in the morning with our luggage, having them hold it and going into the parks.
Does Disney have any form of transportation between hotels...aside from taking a bus to a park and then to the new hotel?

Disney will transport your luggage for you from the first resort to the second. You can go to the park of your choice and then just transportation from there back to your new resort.
That said, on the couple of occasions we've done a split stay, we've just taken a cab from the first to the second along with our luggage.

Or if you want to go directly from one resort to another, Uber is great there. We used them three times during our stay. Most of them are CM's who are earning extra income so they know the place pretty well.
