We are thinking of renting DVC points for our next trip in October. We're thinking of either value studio villa at AKL ($966) or a standard studio villa at Boardwalk ($1248).
What are your thoughts?? Opinions on the resorts?? I have never stayed at either one.
I like the idea of being able to walk to Epcot from Boardwalk, take a boat to Studios, have 4 other resorts to walk to, plenty of dining options with all of the resorts/parks...
AKL looks nice and love having the animals there.

My opinion is the location and convenience of BWV is much better. You can walk to DHS and Epcot. You have all the activities around the lake there. There are technically 5 resorts right there to visit. You have Fantasia Gardens mini golf and the night time performers.
AKL is nice, but I tihnk you get more at BWV.
