Thanks to Deb at Magical Journeys, my reservations have been switched to Port Orleans Riverside, Preferred Room, at a lower rate than was paying for a standard room at Coronado Springs. Ten minutes after she sent me a confirmation email, I logged into My Disney Experience and the change was already reflected.
