To better accommodate Guests during the on-going major construction at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, the resort has internally announced a change to its Bus Transportation.
Effective April 27, 2018; three bus depots will be available at Old Port Royale for transportation to Walt Disney World's parks and attractions.
Guests wishing to travel to the Magic Kingdom should queue at "Depot A".
Guests wishing to travel to Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, or Blizzard Beach should queue at "Depot B".
Guests wishing to travel to Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Typhoon Lagoon, or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex should queue at "Depot C".

Are these going to be the only bus stops at the resort? Or are these in addition to the stops in the different sections of the resort?

The above change is to a singular "depot" at the Old Port Royale location. During construction, the following are the locations of the bus stops:

The current order for bus stops at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, which is subject to change is as follows:
1. Martinique
2. Old Port Royale
3. Trinidad North
4. Trinidad South
5. Jamaica
6. Aruba
It should be further noted, that the construction is causing a modified flow for the buses and other resort traffic which is reportedly adding significant travel time (at least from the pre-construction routes).
