I want to take advantage of the winter room offer.
Went on the Disney web site to check availability at the Contemporary. The only rooms available are the atrium and club level.
Is it possible all the other room types are sold out?

Since only a limited number of rooms are set aside for any special offer, it is quite possible that rooms in other categories at the special rate are no longer available.

Also, have you considered working with Intercot Sponsor Magical Journeys to figure out availability for you? If you work with them, and your first choice is not available, they can help you book another option and keep an eye out to see if cancellations open up a spot in you first choice resort.

Contemporary is usually one of the more difficult discounts to get. They really do not need to discount to have their occupancy %'s in the acceptable range. Sometimes you need to be within the first hour of the release to grab it.
Disney does look at occupancy rates throughout the promotional period though, and sometimes drops more into inventory.
