I am arriving on Nov.14. How do I calculate my 180 days. Last year I was a day off.
You should be able to make ADRs on 5/18.
Make sure though, that on that date, you log out of your MDE account (or your Disney account on your computer if you're doing it that way). Otherwise, you probably won't have the option of making reservations for anything other than that one day (11/14). The system won't properly reset and allow you to make reservations for the +10 days unless you log off, clear the cache and start from scratch. Once you do that, everything should be fine.
