How hard would it be to make it to a 7:00p.m. ADR at Coral Reef on arrival day with a flight landing at 3:40p.m.? (Not an international flight)

That could be tight if you have any delays or waits. Will you be using Magical Express? That could hold you up if the bus is not ready to leave when you board it. Then there is the travel time to the park to reach the restaurant.

You should be OK...Give an hour and a half (conservative estimate) to get from the airport to your resort, if you are taking Magical Express, then another half an hour or so to check in and get your carry-on bags to your room, and another half an hour to get to EPCOT and over to Coral Reef. It might be tight, but you should make it.

This is all depending upon your flight arriving on time.

In my opinion, hurrying and worrying about making it to a meal, knowing you will be cutting it close, just seems to be too stressful of a way to begin vacation.

Even if everything runs on time it can take an hour to travel from your hotel to Epcot depending on where you are staying. I would only do it if I were staying at Beach or Yacht Club.
