We're going in January and I'm making dinning reservations.
The AK is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm the whole week we are there.
I want to make a reservation at Yak and Yeti for dinner.
Times are coming up after the park closes (5:00pm) such as 5:15, 5:30 and 5:45 pm.
Has anyone every done this before ?

I suspect the park hours will be changed to reflect a later closing time than is currently listed though, of course, I could not guarantee that.

Yep. Can and will most likely change. It is an interesting quirk of Disney ... things often change as they evaluate bookings, crowds, etc.
