We have breakfast reservations at BOG before MK opens. Can someone tell me how this works? Certain gate to enter? Is showing the reservation listed on My Disney Experience off my phone sufficient? Any tips would be great.

There will be a sign pointing where you need to go for ADRs. The CM will check your reservation number and you'll walk to BOG from there.
