My coworker has a severe dairy allergy. Will the buffet restaurants make food specifically for her? I don't want to risk cross contamination from other customers at the buffets.

My daughter has an allergy to curry. When we were at Boma the chef walked the buffet with her to show her what she could have but also offered to make her food so as to not risk cross contamination. They should be able to do this at all buffets on property
