We made ADRs for our party of 7 but our party will now be 6 due to my SIL's work schedule. If we show up with 6, will we be charged a no show fee? I don't want to redo all of the ADRs but also do not want to pay the fee. Any experiences or info?

No, you won't be charged a fee if 6 of you show. Only if all of you were a no show, but they generally don't charge for 1 person.

Exactly! We've had trips where we have booked for 4, but only three of us ended up going and there were no issues and no "no-show" charges.
