I'm staying at Coronado Springs in early September, I haven't stayed there since 2003. I keep finding conflicting info on the Pepper Market. Do guests still get seated by a host/hostess and a server brings drinks?
No. It is strictly a quick service. You order, get your food, pay for your food and seat yourself at an available table. They have a good selection of food. We were there last week
The quick serve at the pool is pretty good too. Very convenient for breakfast.

Cool, thanks guys. I never liked how they seated you, so I'm happy to hear that it's a normal quick service now.
I agree. Never liked being seated before then going up to get your food and then a server brought drinks. It felt awkward. Looking forward to it being a normal breakfast option!
