What is a good place for lunch at Hollywood Studio's?
DHS just isn't the park with the best food, for me. Starring Rolls has some good sandwiches and salads. On the road headed toward Tower of Terror/Rock n Roller Coaster (Sunset Blvd) there's what feels like an outdoor food court with a few options like Fairfax Fair (chicken/BBQ) and Rosie's (burgers/salads). We're usually in that area when it's time to eat.

We've stopped at Studio Catering and like the variety of things they offered. They have salads, wraps, and sandwiches (some are big enough for 2)

I like to eat at Backlot Express. I've always been pleased with the turkey sandwich. It's similar to a panini. They also have a drink station so refills are free. :mickey:

From what you have to pick from I like Backlot the best, but as mentioned earlier the choices aren't that great.

Backlot Express has always been a favorite. The turkey sandwich is always a must-have.
Sunset Ranch on Sunset Blvd is another favorite, with a nice variety available.

DH and I love the ABC Commissary. Last time we were there I had a wonderful grilled salmon filet over a quinoa and greens salad. It was delicious. I even had a glass of pinot gri with it!
I am SO picky with salmon... 3 out of 4 times I order it somewhere, it's too "fishy" for me. This was perfect! And it's CS!!

Another vote for ABC commissary here. It is usually nice and cool inside, with plenty of seating, especially if you eat an early or late lunch.

backlot for the turkey sandwich. I can't remember what I ate at the Commisary and that extra short video loop is annoying. LOL.

I agree the food isn't the best, so I go for seating. Backlot is good, alway seats available. I prefer the commissary, b/c you can get some AC. One of the few.
