I am sure this has been ask, however I am getting different information from my Disney family. Can you do any of the Disney Dinning Plans if you do NOT stay on Disney Property? I know you would have to stay on property to get "free" dinning.

You have to stay at a Disney resort to be able to book the dining plan, even when you pay for it.

However, you can buy the Tables in Wonderland card if you are a Florida resident, have a AP or own DVC. For this, it doesn't matter where you stay.

TIW isn't one of the "dining plans", but I see how someone could get confused. Smile

Anybody can make ADR's, you just have to be staying onsite to get the DDP.
