Can we get Dole Whips at Capt. Cook's, and is this located on the first floor of the Poly around the corner by the bathrooms??

I don't think Capt. Cooks has them anymore. There is a new place called the Pineapple Lanai that sells ONLY Dole Whips. It is located on the ground level of the Ceremonial House.
