If money isn't an object, I have heard great things about the Party for the Senses. It starts at $149 person. (I think) . The 3D Dessert party is great. I have done that and highly recommend it. I've also done some of the smaller food and drink seminars. Those are hit and miss. It depends on which one you go to.
