My DD is bringing a friend with her this year that requires gluten free food. We are told to tell the server at the HDDR about this and they will take care of her. Does anyone know what food options they will have for her?:confused::mickey:
I don't have personal experience, but I've heard some good things!
Generally, they will be able to serve the same meal, with just a few modifications. The salad, ribs, mashed potatoes, corn and beans are gluten-free. The fried chicken isn't, but they will sub with a grilled chicken breast. There is also a gluten-free corn bread that they can bring out as well.
I've heard of some people just getting strawberries and cream for dessert, and others were offered ice cream as well.
