Hi ive been trying to book hollywood and vine for dinner during dec but can't get a dinner reservations for at this time in dec ....Does anyone know why as it only has lunch on the Disney Reservations ?

They're talking about doing a special Christmas character dinner for H&V so they've not been released yet.

That's my understanding also. According to DFB there appears to be something showing up on the android MDE app (screen shots of menu on their site) which has Minnie's Holiday and Dine Dinner beginning on November 7th. As of now it is not open for booking and no one at Disney Dining can confirm so it is still listed as RUMOR.
