Is this doable? Is 2 hours too long for little ones? Has anyone done it?

I think it is very do-able. We did HDDR when my twins were 3, they had a blast. We have also done it a few more times since. There is so much going on at all times during the meal it keeps them engaged. With small children I would just try to get an early show, it may not be as easy with a 9pm seating.
