Since we just started planning a day trip to the Magic Kingdom I thought we'd probably be out of luck for good dining reservations. It's apparent that seating is limited from the times available at many of the restaurants I tried. However I felt very lucky when I scored reservations at Be Our Guest for lunch. It's a late afternoon time slot, but we got it!
For dinner, since we are having such a late lunch and the Magic Kingdom closes at 6:00, we decided to eat out of the park. I looked at the monorail hotel restaurants and couldn't find anything I wanted. That's when I thought about eating later at Disney Springs. I found a great time slot available at Paddlefish. I haven't eaten there before but the menu items look delicious.
The bonus is that now we've added a little Disney shopping to our day trip! :mjump:
