I was looking on the WDW website and it now appears that the lunch menu is the same as the dinner menu. Is that a glitch or did they change that?

Yes, the menu is the same for both lunch and dinner. It changed quite a while ago now.

Just ate at Chefs de France and there is a separate lunch and dinner menu
