We are headed down to WDW in December and currently have reservations at LTT for dinner. Our DD has gone to a plant based diet and would like the vegetarian sandwich from the lunch menu better than all the carbs from the dinner menu..would she be able to order the vegetarian sandwich while the rest of us at the normal dinner fare?

Have you noted dietary specifics on your reservation? If not, I would definitely call and add that information. Disney does a wonderful job at accommodating specific dining needs. While they might have exactly the same selection at dinner, I'm sure they could accommodate your daughter's dietary preferances.
