Someone told me that you can only have lunch with a fast pass reservation, that you can no longer wait in line for lunch like you use to be able to. Can anyone confirm that?

Was in MK twice this week. Some folks waiting at 10:30 am were able to get in without a FP because the park wasn't all that crowded, but that definitely seems to no longer be the norm.
