We went online to book ADRs for our January trip, and we had decided to try these two restaurants after looking at the menus. But we could never get an ADR for them! Maya Grill showed up as "No Times Available" no matter what day/time we put in. Spice Road Table didn't show up at all! We'll call about them, but I was wondering if anyone knew why Maya Grill wasn't available? Is it closed for renovation or something?

Next up - January 2023 short trip! We just want to try that 50th Anniversary chocolate monstrosity at Mexico!

Neither Maya Grill or Spice Road table require or accept ADR's.

There is availability at Maya Grill right up until December 31. I'm thinking that they might not have loaded the January dates/times in yet.

I don't think I've heard about a Maya Grill refurb, and even if so, I don't think it would start January 1, so I'd check back in a couple of days.

Spice Road doesn't take ADR's, so your best bet is just to head over a bit before you're hoping to be seated.

Awesome. Thanks, guys! I did not know that Spice Road Table didn't take ADRs. Though, i'm thinking that we actually don't need ADRs for either place anyway.

I've never eaten at Maya Grill, so I don't have an opinion. I did eat three times at Spice Road Table when I was there in early May. No ADR required, and I loved it!

My favorite dish there was the Mediterranean Omelet. I tried two desserts, the chocolate pyramid (I forget what it's actually called), and the dessert that looks like creme brulee (again, can't remember the name). Both are excellent!

Maya Grill is a something of a hidden gem. Highly unlikely that you will need an ADR.
