Is this the new Planet Hollywood? For some reason we've always had a soft spot for PH and their Cap'n Crunch Chicken. I'm interested to see the new design and the views.

Yes, it has reopened since renovation and you can use MDE to make a reservation.

Currently the official Disney website on the Planet Hollywood page states - Disney dining plans not accepted. I would keep checking back there often as I have seen them add changes very regularly.
