I just read that you can use a quick service credit at BOG for breakfast and lunch. Do you need reservations? I thought all meals at BOG needed reservations???

Yes and yes. Breakfast and lunch are quick-service meals, and you still need a reservation for them.

We’ve managed to eat at BOG as walk ups. We get in line for lunch at 10:30. Or 3pm.
I guess it depends the time of year. We also get lunch reservations, and typically we still wait about 15-25 minutes. The walk-up lines at the times I have been there are pretty bad.
