I log in for the first time in two weeks, and this was the first thing I saw. Now I'm craving it again.
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.
I've never had it, but have always been intrigued by it! Can you describe what it tastes like?

We tried the Schoolbread for the first time on our last trip. We loved it so much we went back before we left Epcot for the night to pick up a couple to bring to the room for breakfast in the morning. :-) Looking forward to doing the same thing this August.

A boston cream donut on steroids and replace the chocolate on top with coconut. ;)
It is a norwegian "sweet" bread (it isn't really sweet) that is kind've like a soup bowl if you have ever seen the bread soup bowls. It is filled with custard. Then on top there is a light coat of frosting and it is sprinkled with coconut. There's also a little twist of custard that comes out the top.
The recipe is here if you want to look at it.

Excellent! Thank you! Although I'm not an avid fan of coconut, I will definitely at least have a bite of this on our trip in 15 days! ;)
