I have heard that the Skipper Canteen is due to open by the end-of-the-year. Has anyone heard when we can start making ressies for this place. Thanks for the update.

Other than the vague "late 2015" timeframe mentioned in the original announcement, I am not aware of any real opening date on this from Disney. Until they pin down a date and announce it, ADRs won't be available. Even then, there's usually a several week lag between the announced opening date and the ability to make ADRs - just in case something delays the opening.
