Disney Parks & Resorts has announced a new menu at Fairfax Fare will feature Specialty Baked Potatoes starting in August:
Disney Parks & Resorts wrote: New menu items will debut at Fairfax Fare in the Sunset Ranch area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios on August 2, including a delicious selection of baked potatoes including the Fairfax One Pound Baked Potato with tri-tip beef, brown gravy and white cheddar, and the Loaded Fairfax Potato with sour cream, cheddar and bacon.

Sunset Ranch is one of my favorite QS locations. Love to take a break here. Always on my too-do list- relaxing by sitting at a quiet table, people watching, listening to the sounds, and enjoying a nice leisurely lunch or dinner.

Yum! Hot potatoes in hot August...nothing better! But seriously it does sound like a nice addition. I can't wait to see people walking around the park with hot potatoes like they do turkey legs!

Next week, look for me at one of the back tables while I'm enjoy my baked potato, and listening to the Beauty and the Beast music. This is one of my favorite outside QS locations (see previous message).

I was thinking the same thing, although I do like a good stuffed baked potato. It would be a great lunch alternative, though I suspect it would be a real "belly buster" during the warmer months. Still, I bet I try at least one during my next trip!
