You can reserve at 180-days. It can be pretty popular, and oftentimes does fill up, so if it is something you're interested in I wouldn't leave it until the last minute. However, there isn't a "rush" at 180-days for it either.

I have been a few times. I will be at WDW for a milestone birthday and would love to go on that day...it is exactly 180 days from Christmas.

That sounds like a great way to spend a special birthday! DD and I went with a bunch of INTERCOT friends a couple of years ago, and enjoyed it so much we went back on our last trip.
It is part of how we spend our special "girl time" afternoon.

We love tea at GF! I have found that there are times if you don't make an ADR at 180 days you just can't get one. I have also found that often times I have only been able to get an ADR over the phone.
