We have a reservation for Tusker House on Thanksgiving night. I'm assuming they will have a thanksgiving dinner, but I was thinking tonight, what if they don't? Any way to confirm what resturants will have the traditional thanksgiving dinner and what will just serve a typical meal according to what the restaurant usually serves?

There are approximately 35 restaraunts on Disney property that serve Thanksgiving Dinner. Tusker House is indeed one of those. If you go to the All Dining tab on the Disney site and select a restaraunt it will list Thanksgiving Diner.
I would also recommend Liberty Tree Tavern.
