What are the odds that over christmas while the crowd levels are at their highest Tortuga Tavern will be open? It seems to be open at random times of the year. Just curious!

They often open to accommodate larger crowds. I've seen this location open (before it took on this name) during summer months when crowd levels were also high. That said, only Disney knows what they plan to open up and when!!

They're usually open during busy periods - but mostly from 11 A.M. - 3 P.M.
