Are the Three Caballeros meeting anywhere in WDW?

My DD cast member says you can not currently meet all three. You can meet Donald outside the Mexican pavilion

You can "see" them in full form on the Gran Fiesta Tour. If you haven't ridden in the last few years, there is an updated finale that features the 3 Caballeros in Audio-Animatronic form.

There was also a good bit of 3 Caballeros merchandise inside the pavilion this past Fall.

We did go on the Gran Fiesta Tour in August and she loved it! She recently saw a video of people meeting with them on Discovery Island in Animal Kingdom and I wondered if it was an ongoing thing. I didn't see the video myself.

That was probably during the Discovery Island Carnivale which featured José & Panchito.

Unfortunately, that offering only ran February 4, 2018 - May 5, 2018.

So awesome! Sadly, we're not planning to be back until 2020. This is the kind of thing that makes me try to plan a little "in between" trip. I've only managed it once. Since this year's trip is to the Pacific Northwest, no chance of squeezing in a visit. Unless we manage to go far enough south to visit Disneyland. I think I've heard that the Three Caballeros can be seen there?
