Disney's Hollywood Studios has announced the permanent closure of two of its Character Meet & Greet locations located in the Streets of America section of the park.
The Cars Meet & Greet featuring Lightning McQueen & Mater and the Phineas & Ferb Meet & Greet featuring Phineas & Ferb are scheduled to close on January 4, 2016.
The closures seem likely to be related to future construction for the park's announced re-imagining and expansion, however; there have yet to be any official confirmations at this time.
