Character Cast have reported that Jiminy Cricket will be making daily Meet & Greet appearances at Disney's Animal Kingdom April 19th through 25th, 2015.
This limited time Meet & Greet, in celebration of Earth Day, is scheduled to be held intermittently at Rafiki's Planet Watch from 10:00 am till 4:30 pm each day.

Partially due to there being more characters available than Cast Members to be 'friends' with them. Partially a way for Disney to drive up demand for certain Meet & Greet opportunities by reducing their supply.

He looks much like he does in the movie, sans the umbrella. He is slightly taller than Mickey Mouse (for size comparison) due to his top hat. Didn't see any details from this year's appearance, but he typically has not received any back-drop or themed setting.
