Is Rapunzel ever at the Akershus princess breakfast in Epcot? She is DD's favorite princess and I want to make sure we see her when we go next year. :mickey:
I cannot comment on Akershus, but in December, we had the pleasure of meeting Rapunzel at the International Gateway, just in front of the shop near the bridge to France. She was a really lovely.

I don't think I've heard of Rapunzel being at Akershus, at least not on a regular basis. She does meet with Cinderella at MK, and you can get a FP+ for this meet & greet, if it is a "must-do".

To the best of my knowledge, Rapunzel does not do any character meals. You can never say never because they could always need an emergency fill in at a meal but it is highly unlikely. The normal meal princesses are a combination of Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Aurora, Belle, and Jasmine.
The best place to see Rapunzel is her official meet & greet.
