We are eating at Palo for brunch on our "Sea Day" and we may look into going to Palo for dinner one evening. Are we to tip the wait staff at Palo? I have prepaid for tips for the cruise but I assume the Palo staff would not see any of the money.
If expected to tip (which is OK by me) what is an appropriate amount? Also how to we tip the Palo waiters? Do they give you a bill and we charge it to our cabin account? Do we leave cash?

Last time we were on a Disney cruise we had not prepaid the tips. We had dinner at Palo and we left cash for the tip!

Even if you prepay tips, it is appropriate to tip the server at Palo with cash. You will only get a bill for any alcoholic beverages ordered.
