I've booked onto the Wonder departing May 15, 2023 to Alaska.
Never been to Alaska at all, never been on a cruise to somewhere that wasn't tropical. What do I need to know?

I haven't gone on DCL, because I really enjoy another cruise line. I have been on a cruise to Alaska before though. We had a family reunion trip, and one of the highlights for everyone was our whale watching cruise with Harv and Marv in Juneau. It is a private company - not through the cruise line. We were on our own small boat instead of fighting a huge crowd. They picked us up and dropped us off at the ship and also took us to Mendenhall Glacier.
