Back After Ten Years Day Two 4/6/2016

We got to Disneyland this morning. Minnie, Pluto and Goofy were in the Town Square. It is always fun to see the characters. We looked around on Main St. before heading for our Walk In Walt's Footsteps tour. I would highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Justin was great! Very easy going and informative. Besides touring the park. We also were able to see the Disney Dream Suite. Which was originally being built as a larger apartment for Walt and his family. Unfortunately, Walt passed away before it was completed. After a three our tour which also included a ride on the Haunted Mansion and Alice in Wonderland, we had a nice lunch at The Jolly Holiday We spent the rest of the day riding Indiana Jones, The Haunted Mansion again, Big Thunder Mountain, Winnie the Pooh, Pirates of the Caribbean and having a chicken dinner at The Plaza before waiting by It's A Small World to watch the Paint the Night parade. Which was magnificent! After waiting around to watch the Disney Forever Fireworks it was canceled because of the winds up above us. Disappointing but hopefully we will be able to see them another night. We ended the night going on It's a Small World and Star Tours. While waiting in line we had a little Disney magic when someone offered us their fast passes for Star Tours. We did use the shuttle service today from our hotel. Well worth the $5. for the round trip ticket. We were even entertained by the bus driver on our way back to the hotel with jokes and songs!
