Where would you eat with a 5 and 7 year old? I usually eat at the Wine Country Trattoria, but is there a better place for kids?

Table Service Wise, probably not.
Quick Service Wise I've had decent meals at Paradise Gardens and the market area in Pacific Wharf.
For atmosphere, Flo's V8 Cafe in Carsland is probably the most kid friendly. Plenty of tables that give a view of Radiator Springs Racers.
