Ditto the earlier poster. I have spent time in DL on my own on many occasions and have stopped into Napa Rose for dinner spontaneously several times while wearing shorts, a t-shirt and a sweatshirt. While I wouldn't ordinarily go to a nicer restaurant dressed like this, I was dressed for the parks and stopped in spontaneously in that attire which did not present any problem whatsoever.
