Do they enforce the 1 hour return time window for fast passes? I know at one point at WDW you could return anytime after your window started and they let you onto the FP line. With the magic bands that is no longer the case. What is the current policy at the DL parks? Thanks

Enforced... The only way it's not is if the ride is down during your window. It's all controlled systematically now, a CM doesn't have to make a judgment call. Blue/green and you can ride; red and you don't get on. All based on your return window.

Don't know about DL but at WDW the returns times are enforced by the Master Control Program! Back in the day the official policy was to enforce the return window but the CM's would rather let guests in rather than risk an unpleasant incident, basically you could "bully" your way in. That being said it seems that there is a brief "grace" period (about 10 minutes) on late returns but the entry times are strictly enforced.

"Oh, you can't help that," said the cat, "we're all mad here"

It's pretty strictly enforced. The CMs look very carefully at the pass when you present it.
